1.) Did someone read to you when you were a child (who, what, when, where, why)?
Yes, my parents. All the time. All day. Every day. My dad would read us a chapter or two every night before bed. And my mum would read us a chapter from a different book every afternoon. Every Friday, we would spend the morning at the library getting more books to read for the week.

2.) What’s the first book you remember reading that had a lasting effect on you?
Moby Dick. I read it when I was eight and fell in love with it. The descriptions of the ocean just enhanced my love of the sea, and the plot ignited my love of adventure.

3.) What genre(s) do you love?
Historical fiction, thrillers, mysteries, classics, biographies, fantasy.

4.) Has a book ever changed your life?
Yes, The Bible. God changed my life and gave me 66 books in the Bible to encourage and strengthen and grow my faith.

5.) What attracts you to a book? The cover? Podcast? Recommendation from others?
Definitely a cover buyer! Haha! Good recs from Instagram these days. Back in the day, it was family and relatives.
